The Library Guy
AI--testing testing testing
During my years in education I always tried to push my boundaries. Not only in books and literature, but in tech as well. Most importantly, learning at least one new piece of software (maybe hardware) every year, something not only valuable for my own productivity, but to teach and pass on to kids and staff.
It’s been awhile, I miss the old challenge, but oher things have filled my creative need. The new test of which I speak, one I have been putting off after so much hype, is AI. I need to see for myself what is valuable for kids and teachers (in my humble opinion) and for me. The best way to do this, is a project that takes a lot of time—a new book, my first picture book. With input from kids on my Substack list, and anyone who wishes to add their two cents worth, this should be interesting and greatly appreciated. It now takes me about a week to finish one page, so it keeps me off the streets and leaves me all the time I need for Molly’s five walks a day, and a few more Substack editions, other than the book.
The best thing is the subject, a meglamanical effort, about something (someone) I know well. Please have a look, tell me what you think, and many thanks.
